Welcome to old medicine ranch

Where tradition, hard work, craftsmanship, and the simple goodness of ranch life come together. Nestled under the wide Western Montana sky — in a pristine valley bordered by timbered mountains on one side and a winding river on the other — our family works the land, raises livestock with care, and handcrafts small-batch goods inspired by generations past.

What began as a dream to keep our sixth-generation (now seventh!) homestead within the family has grown into a bustling working ranch and a line of all-natural products we’re proud to share. From grass-fed and finished beef, pasture-raised pork, lamb, goat, and duck, to tallow soaps and lotions, herbal healing salves, wildcrafted syrups, and even our 100-year-old family sourdough, everything we make reflects our belief that the best things come from the earth. Made slowly, honestly, and with heart.

Each bar of soap, jar of tallow lotion, and cut of meat tells a story of stewardship and sustainability. We use pure ingredients, no hormones, no antibiotics, no shortcuts, because we believe our customers deserve to know where their food and body care products come from. If it’s not good enough for our family, it’s not good enough for our customers!

At Old Medicine Ranch, it’s more than just a business, it’s a way of life for our small family. Through all of our trials and triumphs, we’ve been deeply grateful for the incredible support of our customers. We couldn’t continue this journey without your encouragement, loyalty, and love.

Thank you for keeping the spirit of ranching alive.
From our Montana family to yours,

Lisa, Kaitlyn, & Angela Campbell
